This crispy potato chips making machine line consists of potato washing peeling machine, potato slicing machine, blanching machine, dewatering machine, frying machine, and deoiling machine, flavoring machine.
The potatoes move along a potato elevator to potato peeling machine, and potato peeler machine can remove potato skin with high efficiency. Using hard brush rollers to realize potato washing and peeling, or soft brush roller for cleaning.
In this process, potato slicer machine will slice the peeled potatoes into slices. and the potato slices fall into a air bubble washer that removes the surface starch on potato slices, and blanching time can be adjusted freely.
After blanching, potato slices fed into air drying machine, and the surface water will be removed completely and quickly, saving frying time. After dewatering, fry potato chips in a continuously chips fryer.
After frying, potato chips need de-oiling process for better taste. After removing excell oil, potato chips into flavoring machine with desired powdered seasonings, to meet different customer demand for potato chips with different flavors.
