Introduction of Potato Crisp Seasoning Drum System
The universal continuous chips seasoning system, also named seasoning tumbler, is used for seasoning food during the food production process. This equipment has an angled seasoning drum, fully automatic control of speed and material capacity, and is suitable for continuous automatic potato chips prouduction line.
Application of Chips Seasoning System
Used for all kinds of Fried and non-fried foods, evenly spread all kinds of powder, syrup, realize automatic mixing function. Equipped with a spiral powder feeding device, it can stir the powder while spreading it, so that the seasoning will not be deposited, stuck or emptied due to different specific gravity and brine reversion. Equipped with a stirring powder spreading device, it is even and accurate in quantity.

Operation steps of Drum Potato Chips Flavoring Machine
(1) Connect the power supply;
(2) Start the drum motor, and the drum will start slowly to normal speed. Start the sprinkling machine, the powder dispenser set to work.
(3) The raw material shall be fed into the seasoning drum continuously from the feeding port with the conveyor or artificial slowly.
(4) Start the powder motor and spray the seasoning powder evenly in the roller;
(5) check the operation parts, and make sure that they can work after normal operation.
